Though craved as a delicacy the world over, crustaceans have never been as appreciated for their aesthetics as they are for their taste.

However, when immaculately positioned and gracefully presented, their value as an objet d'arte far surpasses their worth as a meal.

Most of the species we offer are deep sea dwellers that are as arcane and enigmatic as any of the exotic insects I work with. As with the insects, the pieces must be hermetically sealed to endure a lifetime.
